Organizations may drive employee engagement, collaboration, and creativity at work by developing a good corporate culture - it is consistent with the company's values and mission. This will boost productivity and increase success. The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate and assess the usage of organizational culture as a management tool. The work includes a variety of sources, organizational strategies, and analysis. The organizational culture research is based on the internship that was held Latvian enterprise "Kalcniema iela".
