dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the outcomes of the lockdown area in Ukraine and how E-Tender was overcoming it. The paper goes through different departments and their approaches during the crisis and further recommendations based on the experience received. The paper mainly focuses on the lockdown period, however, techniques and experience gained can be used during the occurrence of mostly any type of crisis. Especially the influence of the HR Department and anti-crisis methodology used. Throughout the paper the author describes the work of the higher managerial stuff in terms of the implementation, cooperation, and communication within certain departments to overcome internal and external recessions. To begin with the work starts off with the department that balanced human factors during COVID-19 – HR Department and its essence. After that the work moves its focus to the main approaches to anti-crisis management in terms of strategic management and how other departments should correspond. After that it discusses the elements used during the lockdown specifically. Based on the analysis the work presents SWOT, PEST, calculations of the income dynamics, forecast, Gantt chart for the implementation of new techniques, and helps the theme to develop. The work discusses main problems that has occurred during the COVID-19 era and how they were surpassed by E-Tender. Based on the experience gained, the work suggests new approaches for future years and crisis. | en_US |
