dc.description.abstract This bachelor qualification paper examines the theoretical foundations, the current state and development prospects of HR management in general and in IT companies. Identifying problems in staff management served as the basis for determining ways to improve HR management systems in IT companies. In the process of researching the theoretical foundations of personnel management in the IT industry and analyzing the personnel management system at BMN LLC, the following methods were used: system approach, grouping methods, graphic modeling of organizational structures. The theoretical basis of the study is the work of leading foreign and domestic scientists on the organization and management of personnel management systems in companies. The approaches proposed and substantiated in the article to improve the personnel management system as a whole and the KPI system of the company can be used in practice by domestic IT companies. The results of the research will allow domestic IT companies to increase the effectiveness of the personnel management system and the KPI system by using the approaches specified in the article to transform the components of the personnel management system and KPI indicators. en_US
