Abstract

The integration of technology in management decision-making has gained increasing attention in recent years. The purpose of this empirical study is to explore the implementation of managerial decision-making techniques in the context of non-governmental organizations. The work summarizes different managerial approaches, analyses the evolution of decision-making techniques, and examines the impact of technologies on their choice. A case study is focused on a small non-profit company in the healthcare sector. Data has been collected through observations, surveys, document analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of various decision-making techniques, including stakeholder, force field, cost-benefit analyses, can enhance the efficiency of the performance within the organization. The research highlights the importance of adopting a structured and systematic approach to decision-making and provides insights into the potential benefits of applying managerial decision-making techniques in the non-governmental sector.
