Improvement оf innovation activity оf the company on the international market (on the basis of PJSC "DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks")

Abstract

Constant innovation in the field of development and production becomes for international organizations a mandatory condition for survival on the market, and the release of new product samples is a continuous process of the results of scientific activity. Organizations of the electric power industry of Ukraine face this issue especially acutely today. The purpose of the scientific research is the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of ways to improve the innovative management of PJSC “DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks”. The work clarified the essence and economic content of innovative management of the organization's activities; the scientific principles of the definition of innovative management of the organization, its impact on the economic activity of the organization and competitive positions are considered; determined the methodological basis for evaluating the effectiveness of innovative management in conditions of uncertainty. The strategic innovative management of energy organizations was studied and the factors influencing it were identified. Diagnostics of the innovative potential of PJSC “DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks” was carried out. Based on the assessment of the external and internal environment, the level of innovative activity of the organization and sustainable innovative development, recommendations were developed for the implementation of an innovative project to ensure sustainable innovative development. The work evaluates the innovative activity of PJSC “DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks” and its innovative solutions. The assessment of innovative activity and activity of PJSC “DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks” determines the positive rate of growth of ownership for R&D and personnel engaged in innovation.
