dc.description.abstract This work examines organizational culture in multinational corporation. The study explores the impact of national culture on corporate culture, the role of leadership in shaping and maintaining a strong organizational culture in multinational corporation, and the challenges and opportunities of managing organizational culture across different locations. The findings suggest that effective leadership and communication are crucial for managing cultural diversity and creating a strong, shared culture across the organization. Moreover, developed organizational culture has its impact on corporation’s profit as well. The study also provides recommendations on how effectively manage cultural diversity and promote a strong and shared organizational culture. en_US
