Organization of activities of small and medium-sized businesses involving foreign capital (based on the Business Media Network company case)

Abstract

The work focuses on the organization of activities of enterprises. This study examines small and medium-size businesses involving foreign capital. This work examines the theoretical foundations of small and medium-sized businesses and main approaches to organization and techniques of businesses involving foreign capita. It covers the essence of international business as a component of the system management of a modern enterprise Economic pillars of Business Media Network is also conducted, providing an overview of the company, analyzing its internal and external environment and identifying the ptocess of funding of Business Media Network involving foreign capital. When writing the work, the materials of the BMN company were used, and the organizational and funding processes were analyzed. PESTEL and Porter’s Five Forces analysis were developed and the effectiveness of the company was analyzed. Also, for improving the organization of activities of Business Media Network company involving foreign capital were developed.

Робота присвячена питанням організації діяльності підприємств. У цьому дослідженні розглядається малий і середній бізнес із залученням іноземного капіталу. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи малого та середнього бізнесу та основні підходи до організації та техніки підприємницької діяльності із залученням іноземного капіталу. Висвітлено сутність міжнародного бізнесу як складової системи управління сучасним підприємством Також розглядаються економічні основи Business Media Network, надаючи огляд компанії, аналізуючи її внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище та визначаючи процес фінансування Business Media Network із залученням іноземного капіталу. При написанні роботи були використані матеріали компанії BMN, проаналізовано організаційні та фінансові процеси. Було розроблено PESTEL і Porter’s Five Forces, а також проаналізовано ефективність компанії. Також для вдосконалення організації діяльності Business Media Network були розроблені компанії із залученням іноземного капіталу.
