dc.description.abstract To the majority of people, being a professional means having the opportunity to develop a strong professional network. This entails only sharing relevant information within our circles. There is a fine line beyond which you would be divulging too much information. And that would put you in jeopardy. The trick is in comprehending this line. This problem is quite new, especially for IT. The problem is under constant study, since constantly changing external conditions lead to active changes in behavior from generation to generation of employees. Emotional knowledge allows to empathize with others, communicate effectively, and be self and socially aware. Responses to ourselves and others have an impact on our home and work environments. Living in this world entails interacting with many different types of people, as well as constant change and surprises. Being emotionally aware is critical in how we respond to what life throws at us. It is also an important component of compassion and understanding the deeper reasons for other people's actions. On the other hand, the company must function and make a profit, and this is the goal of any enterprise. The object of study is private enterprise «Techexpert» on which practice were created that Bachelor's Qualification Work. The Techexpert group of companies is a modern company with an implemented and developed process model of functioning. In the group of companies, most business processes are already automated, with the help of an information system, and their improvement and automation continue, since processes are dynamic entities and are constantly changing under the pressure of changing external factors and internal improvement processes. en_US
