dc.description.abstract The work examines the essence and concept of management. The work summarizes theoretical foundations of main approaches to management styles. In addition, the work shows generalizations and clear outlines of different types of management styles and their characteristics. The most popular types of organizations and what types of management styles are most suitable for them have been established. An analysis of the enterprise "IVeA" and an analysis of its management style was carried out. Recommendations were given for the development of the company and improvement of its management style. Author identified place for innovations in the management styles of the company. en_US
