The final work considered and summarized the existing theoretical and methodological principles of the formation of a management strategy for raising the financial and economic level in terms of brand development. The work examines strategies assessment methods and analyzes the main directions of strategy formation. The essence of the main methods of strategic promotion of brands used by the selected company was also highlighted, the priority of using strategies in the company's activities was determined, and methods for improving the strategic activity of the company "Wake & Take Coffee Shop" were considered.
Based on the generalization of the results of the study of the characteristics of the management strategies of "Wake & Take Coffee Shop", proposals were developed to increase the company's competitiveness, the main directions of increasing the efficiency of the activity were proposed, in particular, the introduction of new unique methods that will be involved in the process of performing the agency's work.
