In modern conditions, one of the main directions for improving the economic performance of an enterprise as a subject of foreign economic activity is the refinement of import operations of intermediate products, which must be brought to a finished form before being sold. In this context, the aim of the research - to study import operations of the ITE Agro Company and develop ways of improvement of their import planning activities - is relevant. Meticulous research of the import operations of agricultural products (heated greenhouses and greenhouses, containers, seedlings of various plants, in particular flowers, etc.) enabled the author to substantiate the expediency of the design of the Index of efficiency of resources use in business processes and Business Process Resource Availability Index, which could be used as generalizing indicators in assessing business processes.
