Abstract

Розглянуто характерні риси ВНЗ приватного (незалежного) сектору вищої освіти США – чотирирічних незалежних коледжів, малих і великих приватних університетів. Наведено висновки щодо ролі приватных (незалежних) ВНЗ у системі вищої освіти США.

The characteristic features of institutions of higher education – four year independent colleges, small and large private universities which are belong to the private (independent) sector of higher education of the USA are considered. The conclusions about the role of independent private universities and colleges in the system of higher education of the USA are given
